Job Summary
Night shift ICU RN contract for a 13-week travel assignment in a Level 1 Trauma Center, serving ICU and Step-Down ICU units in Minnesota. Responsibilities include utilizing clinical expertise to provide patient care, administering prescribed medications and treatments, documenting care, developing individualized care plans, participating in performance improvement, and providing clinical guidance to other units. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in applicable state
- Experience in ICU/Step-Down ICU settings preferred
- Ability to administer medications and treatments per nursing standards and state laws
- Documentation of patient care according to standards of care
- Participation in performance improvement activities
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary team
