NIGHT SHIFT Hospital Registered Nurse - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Provide direct patient care by administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient status. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine care needs, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on conditions and discharge instructions. Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure coordinated care while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to hospital policies and state/federal guidelines. Work in a medical-surgical setting with a regular schedule based on patient volume and surgical needs.
