Job Summary
Run 40-ton articulated trucks for dirt removal and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment clean and operable. Operate multiple pieces of industry-related equipment safely and efficiently under varying weather conditions while communicating daily job specifications with the foreman and coworkers. Perform general labor duties and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as needed. This full-time position requires fluctuating hours up to 10 days, including nights, weekends, and overtime, with travel when necessary. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, experience with heavy equipment, and be willing to work outdoors in all conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience in the operations of heavy equipment
- Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record
- Must be able to work as a team on all projects
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Work overtime, nights, weekends, as needed
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to travel/work out of town
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, walk, sit, and lift up to 75 lbs
