Job Summary
Operate a variety of off-road haul trucks at the Fort Dodge Mine during the night shift, performing daily inspections and routine maintenance, assisting with plant maintenance as needed, and following safety procedures. Work on surface and underground mining operations, utilizing equipment such as scalers, loaders, and skid loaders, while collaborating with teammates to ensure safe, efficient operation and adherence to shift requirements (Sunday night–Thursday night with some weekends).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
- Night shift availability
- Ability to operate off-road haul trucks and related equipment
- Safety-conscious
- Team-oriented
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and inspections
