Night Shift Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for delivering signature Chick-fil-A service and a great dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining eye contact and smiles, speaking enthusiastically, making emotional connections, following the restaurant’s rules and dress code, multitasking efficiently, working well in a team and independently, and supporting leadership development in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
