Night shift Evisceration supervisor leading daily poultry production on the production floor. Responsible for coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules to meet production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency; overseeing employee performance and providing feedback; promoting open communication and team morale; collaborating with other departments for quality improvements and cost savings; enforcing health and safety regulations and responding to operational issues in real time. Requires strong communication, independent decision-making, basic computer skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; education includes a High School Diploma/GED with related-degree preferred; schedule is Sunday–Thursday with occasional weekends; location is Georgia.
