Job Summary
Lead poultry production floor operations as Night Shift Evisceration Supervisor; supervise and train 20+ employees, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to maintain smooth operations; monitor performance and provide constructive feedback. Promote a safe working environment and uphold health and safety regulations; collaborate with other departments to drive quality improvements and cost savings. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred
- 1 or more years of supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
