Job Summary
Night Shift Duty Officer in Singapore responsible for end-to-end Export & Import Operations within the Operations team. Duties include processing shipments from start to finish, executing AWBs and Tradnet permits, ensuring high-quality customer service, updating workflow records, expediting AOG shipments, managing documentation for import activities, providing collection/delivery instructions in writing, ensuring compliant customs entries per customer SOPs, coordinating with Warehouse and Transport for reliable distribution, and communicating delays or issues to the team. Requires proven experience in aerospace logistics or similar fast-paced environments, strong customer service and communication skills, knowledge of Import/Export processes, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with Cargowise and Dangerous Goods compliance would be an advantage.

- Experience with Cargowise and Dangerous Goods compliance would be an advantage
- Willingness to work night shifts (7pm-7am) in a 3-on/3-off pattern
