Job Summary
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders for trading cards and other merchandise while maintaining strict quality control on product condition. Organize, count, and track inventory to ensure items are stored correctly, and update online platforms to support sales and binder teams with delisting items. Manage high-value cards following company policies, collaborate with the Binder, Sales, and Buys Leads for smooth product transitions, and keep the fulfillment area organized. Work Monday through Sunday from 4 PM to 11 PM.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE MINIMUM 18 YEARS OLD
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work on your feet
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or retail environment
- Knowledge of trading card games (like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, etc.)
- Familiarity with platforms like TCGPlayer and eBay
