Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership and supervision during the night shift, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders while monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and the Director of Nursing. Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff, complete accurate documentation, and promote resident safety and quality care throughout the overnight hours. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Long-term care experience
