Night Service Leader

As a Service Leader at Perkins, you will be responsible for achieving guest satisfaction through implementing company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards. You will monitor compliance with company standards and execution of all company policies to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment. Responsibilities include greeting, seating, and serving guests; resolving guest complaints; handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards; maintaining facility and equipment safety and sanitation; monitoring food temperatures; training employees during shifts; ensuring menu items are prepared and served to standards; identifying and correcting system issues to maximize guest satisfaction; communicating with the Manager on Duty and colleagues about product/service deficiencies or safety concerns; managing the change fund and cash register; and contributing to unit sales and profits through guest satisfaction and cost controls.
