Job Summary
Select orders accurately using an RF scanning system and build pallets for next-day deliveries. Stack pallets correctly while maintaining a high piece count with a low error rate. Operate an electric pallet jack to move product safely in a freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse environment. Work 5 days a week starting at 4:00 PM, with an average piece-pay rate of $25/hr and training pay of $20/hr. Must pass pre-employment drug screens and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Strong work skills and detail for task performing
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Must be able to physically lift 75+ pounds of product safely
- Must be able to physically operate warehouse equipment
- Must be able to squat, bend, push and pull frequently and safely
Desired Qualifications
- Motorized pallet jack/rider experience
- Experience working in a warehouse
- Forklift experience is preferred
- Picking (selecting orders) experience
- Night shift experience
