Job Summary
Conduct nightly sanitization of production rooms, machinery, drains, grease traps, and walk-through floor areas. Remove plant trash, clean trash containers, and sweep/mop restrooms and break rooms. Prepare chemical cleaners per written instructions and replace beard guards and hair nets at all stations. Maintain GMP compliance by wearing approved frock, rubber boots, hair net, and gloves while avoiding jewelry, nail polish, or open-toed shoes. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, with occasional weekend and overtime requirements. Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, and handle extreme temperatures and wet, slippery floors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand between 2 – 3 hours at a time
- Must be willing to follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) of the company which include but are not limited to: use of a hair net, use of gloves, use of a company approved frock and rubber boots, no jewelry, no nail polish or artificial nails, no shorts, no open-toed shoes, no ripped clothing or rhinestones/glitter on clothing, no chewing gum, candy or tobacco
