Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior maintenance, sanitation, and food safety checks for the restaurant. Sweep, mop, and scrub surfaces using hazardous materials while maintaining building grounds, landscaping, and snow removal. Perform dishwashing at close, check delivery temperatures, and complete scheduled maintenance on all equipment safely. Work independently in hot, cold, and damp environments, climbing ladders up to 25 feet and handling loads up to 100 lbs. Duties must be finished by 11pm each night with a Monday-Friday schedule from 4pm to 11pm. Requires reading and writing skills, basic equipment knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors 50% of the time.
