Job Summary
Stock replenishment to ensure shelves remain full and products are in the right place at the right time. Fulfill online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver shopping direct to doors. Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns to items reaching sell-by dates. Support the wider shop team with checkout assistance, managing Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer requests. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks. This Permanent role in Cambridge involves varied hours of full-time work across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings, and weekends. Night shifts between 22:00 and 06:00 attract a premium rate. Candidates must be 18 years or over.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or over
- Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers
- Must be able to work varied hours of full work (37.5 hours per week) across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work between 22:00 - 06:00 for Night Premium
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment vetting (which may include DBS checks)
- Must be willing to undergo financial probity checks if required
