Job Summary
Conduct stock replenishment to ensure shelves remain full with products in the right place, and fulfill online customer orders ready for driver delivery. Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns for items reaching sell-by dates. Support the wider shop team with checkout assistance, managing Click & Collect orders, and maintaining a safe, tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks. Work part-time hours of 27 hours per week on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 21:00 and 07:00, earning a night premium of £3.75 per hour for shifts between 22:00 and 06:00. Applicants must be 18 years or over.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or over
- Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Up to date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends
- Flexible approach to ensure the support of the whole branch
- Pre-employment vetting (which may include DBS checks)
- Financial probity checks
