Night Replenishment Manager

Night Replenishment Manager leads overnight store freight operations and serves on the store leadership team. Responsibilities include supervising freight unload, pack out, and pack down; coaching and training associates on policies and procedures; ensuring nightly tasks are completed safely and efficiently; providing input on associate performance and talent planning; participating in hiring and selection with store leadership; maintaining store standards and safety, and driving overnight productivity through collaboration with Night Operations leadership. Key duties span People, Replenishment, Safety, and Shared Manager On Duty activities, including conducting quality walks, ensuring training compliance, communicating priorities, and guiding teams to keep freight moving and the store ready for operations.
