Job Summary
Night Replenishment Manager leads store overnight freight operations, coaching and supervising associates through unload, pack out, and pack down tasks, ensuring nightly priorities are met and freight moves efficiently. The role requires teaching and enforcing The Home Depot policies, ensuring safety at all times, partnering with Night Operations ASMs for performance discussions and scheduling, and contributing to talent planning and associate development. The NRM may be the only manager on duty, collaborates with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, participates in the hiring process, and ensures adherence to SOPs and store standards while managing safety, quality walks, and overall store readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum education: high school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1 year
- Ability to coach and train associates on policies and procedures
- Ability to follow safety policies and SOPs
- Ability to conduct performance conversations and participate in talent planning
- Ability to participate in interview and hiring process
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adhere to company policies and safety standards
