Night Project Manager (Hourly)

Oversee night janitorial operations as Night Project Manager. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising in-field cleaning crews, hands-on training, multiple site visits per night in a company-provided vehicle, inventory management of cleaning equipment and supplies, tracking employee hours and pay using company software, coordinating with branch managers to ensure daily completion of cleaning tasks and special projects, adhering to facility and company safety rules, and performing various administrative duties. Requires past supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. In-person evening/night shift role based in Avondale, AZ.
