Job Summary
Night Production Cook responsible for executing high-quality food preparation across multiple stations, training entry-level BOH crew, adhering to recipes and presentation standards, maintaining food safety, coordinating with FOH and BOH teams, and supporting leadership to keep service running smoothly from 4pm to midnight.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of line cook or equivalent kitchen experience required
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices
- Ability to work multiple stations and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
