Job Summary
Conduct overnight security patrols, manage house counts, and execute cleaning duties including fire monitoring and lounge tidying from 10pm to 7am. Perform detailed shift handovers with reception and duty staff, answer internal and external calls, and welcome late arrivals with luggage assistance. Fulfill room service orders, ensure all doors and windows are secured, and report maintenance issues or guest feedback. Requires UK right to work, ability to commute during night shifts, and a background in security or night work is an advantage.
