Night Porter

Night Porter at Phyllis Court Club responsible for supporting overnight operations including guest services, security, and operational support. Works alone or with another Night Porter; duties include late check-ins, handling guest requests, dealing with complaints, assisting with bookings (tickets, restaurant reservations, room bookings), monitoring premises for security and safety, and using IT systems with training provided. Requires basic computer literacy, exceptional customer service and clear communication, strong observational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Shifts are 20:00–07:00, including weekends/public holidays; DBS disclosure is a requirement. Right to live and work in the UK is required.
