Job Summary
Night Porter responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest care, collaborating with hotel departments to elevate guest experience, maintaining knowledge of emergency procedures, conducting regular security walks, preparing the hotel for next-day operations (M&E and breakfast setup) with a focus on cleanliness and presentation, and utilising hotel systems to complete tasks efficiently. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can work independently or with colleagues, communicate effectively, follow policies and training, contribute to guest satisfaction, and support hotel initiatives and training opportunities.
