Night Porter - Part Time (16 Hours)

Night Porter role supporting the Front Office in a Part Time (16 Hours) capacity at NYX Hotel Edinburgh. Acts as ambassador for the hotel and contributes to guest satisfaction by welcoming and assisting guests, handling room service interactions, and assisting with safety duties. Responsibilities include ensuring security and safety of the hotel, performing regular Fire Walks, setting out ambient breakfast items in the morning, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a high-end experience in line with company standards.
