Job Summary
Night Porter/Night Auditor at Montauk State Park: perform overnight front desk duties including auditing the shift closing for front office, producing and posting revenue reports, balancing house accounts and cash transactions, transmitting credit card batches, and acting as Manager on Duty during overnight hours. Responsibilities also include guest check-in/check-out, reservations, answering hotel calls, and maintaining safety and ISO (Environmental & Quality) policies. Requires strong communication, advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Room Master), and a High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of front desk/room registration experience; college degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years front desk/room registration experience required
- Two years Night Auditor/Relief Night Auditor preferred
- National Park/Resort experience preferred
