Night Porter

Deliver and collect guest luggage, parcels, and mail while liaising with Concierge and Front Desk. Maintain lobby and Porte Coche tidiness, store items securely, and manage newspaper distribution. Valet park guest cars, store keys safely, and assist with doorperson duties as needed. Report suspicious persons or unattended luggage, follow security protocols, and handle sign-in/out procedures. Put up and take down flags, ensure their cleanliness, and repair them as required. Provide general information to guests regarding room and hotel facilities. Work night shifts under the Night Auditor's management, maintain punctuality, and comply with all safety and hygiene procedures.
