Job Summary
Keep the hotel and all guests safe overnight by conducting nightly audits and answering guest questions. Maintain compliance standards, tidy the property, and prepare the restaurant for breakfast. Manage the handover process to ensure day staff are informed of overnight activities. Work flexible rotas with a focus on work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- You'll keep the hotel and all of our guests safe overnight
- Compliance is important, meaning you'll keep on top of the nightly audits
- You'll answer any questions our guests may have overnight
- A handover is very important, so that our day staff know what happened overnight
- We're all responsible for keeping the hotel looking perfect for our guests, so a little tidying overnight is essential
- You'll help the restaurant team, by getting the restaurant laid for breakfast
- We just ask that you can be flexible with us
