Job Summary
Oversee the concierge desk during the absence of the wider team, ensuring seamless evening operations. Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting with luggage and attending to their needs promptly. Manage incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance as required. Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in all tasks, from guest check-ins to check-outs. Proactively address guest requests and concerns with tact and discretion, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. Collaborate closely with your team to maintain the highest standards of service while operating with a high level of autonomy. Work a structured 4-day-on, 4-day-off schedule with a competitive salary of £31,500 plus service charge.
Required Qualifications
