Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by managing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and inventory while supporting the Pharmacy Manager and directing pharmacy technician staff. Drive pharmacy profitability through loss prevention, workflow optimization, and financial oversight, while implementing patient care programs to improve health outcomes. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps, fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, and pride. Adapt to dynamic community healthcare changes to drive growth and differentiate service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
