Job Summary
Night Pharmacist role within CVS Health Retail locations: oversee pharmacy operations as the primary on-duty pharmacist, coach and supervise pharmacy team during bench shifts, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, lead immunization services, manage inventory with emphasis on cold chain integrity, and uphold state Board of Pharmacy regulations. Duties include supervising pharmacy workflow, addressing insurance and medication issues, maintaining compliance, and supporting patient care through clinical services and team collaboration. Experience and readiness to cover nights and weekends with a focus on patient safety, empathy, and operational excellence. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years in pharmacy/retail/customer service and ability to work across market locations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
