Job Summary
Conduct order assembly by picking products for customer orders, palletizing, and loading/unloading materials in Loadout, Freezer, or Cooler areas. Operate motorized and manual equipment while marking paperwork for adjustments and maintaining accurate records on load, inventory, and scrap sheets. Ensure proper code date rotation, document all activities per SOPs, and report mechanical or product issues immediately. Maintain a clean, sanitary work area following Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety protocols. Utilize a continuous improvement mindset to identify process enhancements while communicating effectively with departments and management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
- Be able to effectively work in a team environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass all preemployment screens (including drug, background and criminal checks)
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs through the entire shift
- Must be able to sit and/or stand and drive for virtually the entire shift
- Must be able to work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred
