Job Summary
Night Operations Department Supervisor leads and coaches a retail team across front-end and back-end operations, driving customer service excellence, staffing, safety, inventory control, and adherence to processes. Responsibilities include team interviews input, daily team engagement, performance feedback, coaching, recognizing achievements, addressing associate relations concerns, promoting operational efficiency, and ensuring safe, secure store conditions. Also accountable for payroll closeout, kick-off of store-wide initiatives, and Night Operations coverage including shifting resources to meet demand, managing shifts as MOD when required, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to maintain high service levels and shrink prevention practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years experience in a retail environment (or 5 years of experience in a retail environment if education requirement is not met)
- Experience providing direction or supervision to teams
- Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring and developing associates
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
