Job Summary
Night Operations Department Supervisor responsible for leading both Front-End and Back-End/Night Operations teams, ensuring staffing coverage, coaching and performance feedback, safety and shrink prevention, and driving operational efficiency. Oversees daily operations, payroll closeout, training and development, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to customer service standards. Conducts interviews and provides input on selection decisions, monitors and improves safety, inventory, and store processes, and acts as MOD during overnight shifts to ensure engagement and performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years experience in a retail environment (or 5 years if education requirement is not met)
- Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility)
- Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring and developing associates
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
