Job Summary
Night Operations Department Supervisor responsible for leading both Front-End and Back-End store operations, coaching and developing associates, coordinating staffing and coverage, driving safety, shrink prevention, and inventory controls, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role emphasizes performance feedback, discipline when needed, operational efficiency, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to execute tasks and improve processes while ensuring the store operates smoothly during night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years Experience in a retail environment (or 5 years of experience in a retail environment if education requirement is not met)
- Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility)
- Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring and developing associates
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite
