Night Nurse - RN or LPN

Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status, develop individualized care plans, and administer prescribed medications and treatments. Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate findings to physicians and the care team. Provide wound care, IV therapy, and perform routine medical procedures in accordance with care protocols. Supervise nursing staff including CNAs and LPNs, provide guidance and training, and collaborate with leadership to maintain optimal resident care. Effectively communicate with residents and families, educate them on care plans, and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate medical records, ensure adherence to infection control protocols, and respond promptly to medical emergencies. Work the 6p-6a shift at Campbell Street, a Great Place to Work® Certified facility offering same-day pay and certification reimbursement.
