Job Summary
Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) provides total nursing care to residents during the night shift, administers medications and treatments per physician orders, ensures regulatory compliance, documents care, communicates care plans to residents and families, supervises CNAs, coordinates with therapists for 24-hour rehabilitation, participates in quality improvement, and performs additional duties as assigned. Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program, active state license, minimum 2 years nursing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Shift differentials available; sign-on bonus up to $6,000; benefits include PTO, holidays, and overtime. Location is Santa Fe, NM.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN nursing program
- Active RN/LPN state license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
