Job Summary
Conduct night shift nursing care for residents in a supportive, values-driven community environment. Manage 8- or 12-hour rotating shifts including mandatory weekend coverage while collaborating with a friendly team. Provide compassionate, resident-focused care under pressure with strong communication and multi-tasking skills. Licensed RN or LPN in Indiana required.
