Night Manager - Winston Salem

Oversee contract compliance for designated building maintenance accounts in the Winston-Salem area and manage relationships between City Wide and independent cleaning contractors. Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions. Review scope-of-work documents and conduct quality inspections to retain existing accounts and support new business growth. Send nightly recap reports and escalate urgent issues to the Facility Services Manager. Handle customer complaints, new account start-ups, and special client requests while enforcing company policies on cleaning standards, tools, and equipment use. Prior supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are required for this full-time evening/overnight shift role.
