Job Summary
Deliver a warm, vibrant welcome to late arrivals and manage the Reception and front of house areas in line with company guidelines and brand standards. Review wage costs, balance accounts daily, and use Opera to note special requirements while upselling rooms. Handle reservations and resolve guest complaints politely and positively to ensure checkouts leave satisfied. Lead the team through the night by recruiting staff, tracking daily reports, and benchmarking performance against high standards. Investigate discrepancies, implement procedures to reduce mistakes, and liaise with the Financial Controller to assist in budget production.
Required Qualifications
- Valid DBS check
