Job Summary

Manage the reception and front-of-house areas during night shifts, delivering warm welcomes to late arrivals and ensuring guests leave satisfied. Review wage costs, balance accounts daily, and use Opera to track special requirements while upselling rooms. Handle reservations and resolve guest complaints efficiently, recruiting team members, and tracking daily reports to benchmark performance. Investigate discrepancies and implement procedures to reduce mistakes, liaising with the Financial Controller for budget production. Deliver consistent Front of House KPIs to impact hotel EBITDA. DBS checks required for all offers.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid DBS check

  • Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
