Night Manager

Night Manager in a grocery environment: supervises and participates in all night crew activities, directs operation of the grocery department in collaboration with the Grocery Manager, trains and oversees night crew staff, ensures product quality and inventory integrity, builds displays, manages stock and backroom maintenance, enforces company policies, and maintains safe, courteous customer service with vendors and staff. Responsibilities include coordinating ordering/receiving, auditing orders against invoices, controlling shrink, implementing loss-prevention policies, and ensuring compliance with safety and dress-code standards. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, stand for long periods, lift up to 80 lbs., and operate related equipment; strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
