Job Summary
Night Manager overseeing night-room operations, VIP guest services, Emergency Response Team leadership, and Front Office night audit; ensure safety/security in line with hotel policies; proficient in Opera PMS and Front Office systems; requires a Diploma or above in Hospitality Management with 5+ years in Front Office including 3+ years in supervision, plus strong English, Cantonese, and Putonghua communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Front Office of sizable Hotels, including 3 years in a supervisory role
- Solid knowledge of Opera PMS, Front Office system, general Hotel operations, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of life and health safety procedures would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
