Job Summary
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and background checks while maintaining accurate records in the Family Registry database. Enforce house rules and policies tactfully, ensuring a hospitable atmosphere for families and volunteers. Coordinate with referral staff and social workers regarding residency and medical status, and process in-kind donations by completing forms and entering data into Raiser's Edge. Perform routine facility inspections, conduct emergency repairs, and monitor safety systems to adhere to health and insurance standards. Answer phones within two hours and act as a spokesperson for tour groups to promote the Ronald McDonald House mission. Work Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with flexibility to cover the House during the House Manager's absence.
