Job Summary
Track charges and payments, monitor guest account credit limits, and balance departmental receipts and charges daily. Navigate nightly reports, oversee the "blind drop" procedure, and ensure seamless shift transitions. Safeguard property security by reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions while orchestrating emergency evacuations. Train and onboard new night auditors, uphold LQA and GSS standards, and manage crisis situations. Work days, evenings, and weekends to support the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel's nighttime operations.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality realm
- 2-year degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in Hotel and Event Management or a related major
- 2 years of experience in any management role
- knowledge of FSPMS
- knowledge of MARSHA
- knowledge of GuestVoice
- be ready to work days, evenings, and weekends
