Job Summary
Oversee hotel operations during the third shift by supervising all departments, managing guest registration and checkouts, and performing Front Desk duties as needed. Balance and audit daily room, food, beverage, and telephone revenues while analyzing variances to maximize occupancy and revenue. Approach all guest and team encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction. Motivate staff, conduct training, and coach team members according to RCMI standards. Maintain accurate financial records, handle credit control, and communicate with accounting, reservations, and housekeeping to resolve discrepancies. Fulfill Manager on Duty shifts, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certification
- equivalent work experience
- Proven financial knowledge
- solid computer skills

- ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately

- ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from disparate sources and consider adjust or modify to meet the constraints of a particular need
- Long hours sometimes required, including nights and weekends
- Light work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time, sometimes for entire shift
- As MOD, ability to move quickly to various departments on property
- Have full knowledgeable of hotel property, amenities, area attractions and transportation options
- Knowledge of all emergency procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Supervisory experience in a hotel environment
