Job Summary
Lead the overnight shift by delivering exceptional customer service, handling concerns proactively, and setting a positive, guest-first tone. Oversee daily food production, ensure fresh items are stocked, and maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards. Build and inspire the team through training, motivation, and task delegation while managing cash handling, lottery operations, loss prevention, and equipment compliance. Maintain a clean, safe environment inside and outside the store, including restrooms, parking lots, and walkways. Partner with store and department managers to achieve sales and profitability objectives while completing all shift tasks. Attend meetings, stay updated on policies, and communicate with leadership to keep the shift running smoothly. This 24/7/365 location operates an overnight differential between 10pm and 6am.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Dependable and accountable, with a track record of reliability and punctuality—especially for overnight/3rd shift work
- Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills
- Self-driven with a growth mindset; ability to quickly learn, complete training, and align with company values
- Must be available for overnight/3rd shift work
- Must be able to stand continuously
- Must be able to walk continuously
