Night Manager

Oversee all property operations during the overnight shift, ensuring compliance with Guidelines to Operations and that employees maintain proper uniform, grooming, and safety standards. Monitor financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to measure productivity, determine cost reduction areas, and manage chargebacks and rebates to a minimum. Resolve guest issues directly from guests or Guest Relations, assist the accounts receivable clerk with invoices, and ensure adherence to cash handling procedures while managing employee hours and payroll. Promote property safety programs, monitor attendance, and assist supervisors with performance reviews and counseling.
