Job Summary
Manage store operations during night shifts by projecting sales, staffing needs, and achieving desired gross profit and productivity. Lead staff through recruitment, training, and motivation while overseeing cash systems, merchandise stock, and equipment maintenance. Ensure health, safety, and security compliance by managing emergency systems and conducting store closings. Unload truck deliveries, perform basic housekeeping, and follow established guidelines for all reports and forms. Establish daily work assignments and priorities for employees. Requires full range of motion, corrected eyesight and hearing, and knowledge of total store operations. Houchens Food Group is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
