Job Summary
Night Manager - Hilton Charlotte Uptown oversees Front Office operations and acts as Hotel Manager On-Duty overnight. Responsibilities include assisting guests with registration/check-in and check-out, managing group arrivals, completing night audit reports, coordinating with other departments, training new hires, and ensuring guest expectations are exceeded. Requires 1 year in Front Office or related hotel department and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; PEP experience is preferred. Must work the overnight 11pm–7am shift and demonstrate strong customer service and multi-system proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Front Office or other hotel department
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- PEP experience preferred
- Night/Audit experience a plus
- Ability to work overnight/3rd shift 11pm-7am all days of the week, including weekend shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
