Job Summary
Night Manager directly supervises the Front Office operation during the overnight shift, and supports oversight of the entire resort during this time. Leads the team in a constructive and efficient manner to maintain the highest level of service consistent with Four Seasons Standards. Requires enthusiasm, commitment, and problem-solving ability. Responsibilities include managing Front Desk / La Casona overnight, directing staff, coordinating with day shift, monitoring other departments, handling guest relocations, resolving guest complaints with superior hospitality, responding to inquiries, coordinating arrivals/departures and billing, and ensuring standards and guest satisfaction. Must be fluent in Spanish and English; ability to operate hotel computer and office equipment; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Luxury Hotel
- 2+ years of previous Rooms Division supervisory experience
- Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment
- Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English language
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and office equipment
- Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Great organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously
